Susan Alabi Inclusive Empowerment Initiative was founded to operate as a Community Interest Company that empowers younger people and families who require additional support for special needs.
The initiative also serves as a non-governmental organisation committed to supporting and nurturing young people with disabilities, neurological conditions and special needs.
Through coaching programmes, awareness campaigns and community initiatives, we aim to create sustainable support systems that uplift children and families across Nigeria and beyond.
Meet the Founder
Susan Alabi serves as the founder of the Susan Alabi Inclusive Empowerment Initiative. As someone living with partial vision, Susan understands the practical support that people with disabilities or neurological differences require.
Her personal experience allows her to connect deeply with families and individuals seeking guidance and support — moving from empathy to action.
Susan is currently completing her Masters degree in Psychology to deepen her understanding of neurodiversity, mental health challenges and the navigation of autism and ADHD.
